TERMS OF SALE
You can order by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail. We accept corporate purchase orders, checks, wire transfers and credit cards.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
To pay by credit card with our SECURE SERVER, choose your credit card from the pop-up list and insert your card number, expiration date, CCV number and your name as it appears on the card. The credit card address must conform to the current billing address for the card. The CCV number is a 3-digit code on the back of the card for Visa and MasterCard and a 4-digit code on the front of the card for American Express.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, as well as a link to immediately download a PDF copy of the report.

You may also contact our office directly with credit card details. We will begin processing your order immediately, and will either e-mail a link to you to download your purchase over the internet, or we can e-mail the report directly to your designated e-mail address.

Please note: We have found that corporate credit cards sometimes have a limit on the amount that can be charged. If your credit card payment cannot be completed online, please contact our office by phone (209-576-8021 Pacific time) or e-mail and we will be happy to assist you to complete your transaction.

OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT
To pay by check, wire transfer or purchase order, select "CHECK" as your payment option on our secure order form and fill out your contact information, and submit. Mail us your payment or company purchase order. (Contact us for wire transfer information.) Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Purchase Orders are accepted from D&B registered companies or known brand leaders only. Otherwise credit approval required. Terms are 1/10/net 30.

OFFLINE ORDERING
You can place an order offline by printing the order form that can be found here or by printing the order form found on the brochure corresponding to the report(s) you wish to order. After the form is filled out, you can fax or mail it to Specialty Vehicles.

PRE-PUBLICATION PROMOTIONS
To provide clients with an advantageous discount, we frequently offer publications at a substantial discount 3 to 4 weeks before release. Your order will be processed in accordance with payment procedures and the report will be sent on or about the due date.

SHIPPING
Shipping & handling charges apply only to reports supplied in print, CD-ROM, or USB flash drive formats; there are no additional charges for reports delivered in electronic format. These charges are waived for pre-paid check and wire orders only. Shipping & handling charges apply on all purchase orders and manually-processed credit card orders. Express delivery is available at cost. SpecialtyVehicles.net will provide a tracking number for printed products/copies to confirm shipment and delivery of that product.

ADDITIONAL COPIES
Eligibility for additional copy pricing is limited to same address for use at same entity and location as original purchase. Additional copy privileges expire after 6 months from date of first purchase.

PRICING
Pricing of reports is subject to change without notice.

Due to the one-time nature of these products and the highly relevant content contained within, all sales of SpecialtyVehicles.net reports are considered final. Our policy does not offer refunds, reimbursements or other credits for these products. Should you have any questions about your transaction or product delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Copyright: These reports are strictly copyrighted and their use is strictly limited to the immediate purchaser and/or the purchasing entity. Contents are solely for use only at or within the specific organization/company that is ordering the report or its group or division. Separate license required for intracorporate use. If you disseminate the contents to other groups or divisions in your organization, or to outside associates, you must pay a multi-user fee. Unrestricted use is prohibited without express grant of permission or agreement from the publisher.
